JOB SUMMARY:

We seek a results-driven Operations Director who will lead and scale our end-to-end operations, ensuring seamless supply chain management, manufacturing efficiency, and outstanding order fulfillment across e-commerce and retail. This strategic leadership role will oversee the full value chain, from demand forecasting and procurement to factory operations and last-mile delivery, aligning all operational touchpoints with business growth and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years in operations leadership roles across beauty, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven success in managing cross-functional supply chain teams.
• Strong analytical, cost control, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in production environments, Retail and e-commerce logistics.
• Clear understanding of how to align planning, manufacturing, and fulfilment into one agile, data-driven system.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team development abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• High integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

End-to-End Supply Chain Integration:
* Align the commercial and factory planning processes to ensure synchronized demand and supply planning.
* Bridge the gap between commercial forecasts and production realities.
* Establish unified KPIs across demand planning, purchasing, production, inventory, and delivery to improve visibility and accountability.
* Drive integrated S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.
