JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly structured and results-driven Operations Director to drive operational excellence across our Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) team. This role is pivotal in optimizing internal workflows, elevating reporting quality, ensuring data integrity, and enabling strategic decision-making across both direct venture investments and limited partnership (LP) fund commitments.
This role reports to the Head of Philips Ventures and works closely with investment managers and corporate stakeholders to ensure all operations are efficient, scalable, compliant, and strategically aligned.
