Are you a strategic operations leader ready to make a big impact? At Phillip Jeffries, we’re looking for an Operations Director to lead our PJ Contract division. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive scalable and efficient contract operations by streamlining processes, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and empowering high performance across our sales organization. You’ll ensure our sales team is fully supported with the tools, data, and infrastructure they need to succeed—while fostering cross-departmental alignment and leading a high-performing remote support team with strong execution and strategic oversight. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Sales Contract and will be on-site at our Fairfield, NJ HQ 3-4 days per week.

Your Compensation Journey

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 - $160,000, based on your experience and background.
