ABOUT YOU:

  • College degree required in Operations, Supply Chain, or Finance related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Facilities & Construction management.
  • Very strong analytical skills required.
  • Strong P&L and Project Management Skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficient in communicating with all levels of management.
  • Independent, self-motivated, with strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience managing and implementing through lean principles, and practices.
  • 40% Travel.

Responsibilities
  • Manages and tracks capital projects, to include construction, renovations, equipment repairs, etc. Works closely with Operations leadership, and Finance, to oversee capital budgets and project plans, from initial planning to closeout.
  • Manages vendor relationships, negotiating and maintaining lease contracts.
  • Negotiates and maintains all facility service contracts, working closely with vendors across all facility locations.
  • Works closely with operations, throughout the budgeting process, and following completion, to ensure compliance and controls are in place to manage.
  • Creates and maintains appropriate KPI’s to both manage and reduce expense, through business transparency and process control.
