EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Social Work, or a related field.
Postgraduate qualifications or an MBA are highly desirable.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles within the disability, nursing, aged care, community, or healthcare sectors.
Proven experience managing diverse, large-scale operations in compliance-driven environments.
Comprehensive knowledge of the industry frameworks (NDIS, Aged Care etc.) and its application in service delivery organisations.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong financial acumen and resource management capabilities.
