• You process product applications in the areas of current accounts, savings and overdraft facilities (including the formation of a group of affiliated customers) and ensure correct processing.
• You will review account and contract documents as well as identification documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• You manage and update customer master data and process written customer inquiries professionally and in a service-oriented manner.
• You actively participate in optimizing internal processes and contribute your expertise to cross-departmental projects.
• You will act as the technical contact person for the team and the organization and provide support with questions relating to the defined area of ​​responsibility in the SME environment.
