Operations Enablement Manager Lead and expand an internal program that strengthens education, empowerment, and professional development for all employees within the Supply Chain Centre Key responsibilities Own end‑to‑end training and enablement strategy across Supply Chain and Customer Service Centre. Identify capability gaps and deliver targeted technical and leadership pathways Lead and evolve the SEED Program (Supporting, Educating, Empowering, Developing) Drive adoption of modern digital learning tools and LMS platforms Manage and coach a small team of Enablement Specialists Partner with senior leaders, HR and Talent to embed a strong learning culture Track effectiveness through dashboards, KPIs and reporting About you Proven experience leading training and capability programs in complex or multi‑site environments Strong background in coaching, mentoring and leadership development Experience managing training or enablement teams Advanced instructional design and adult learning expertise Confident stakeholder engagement and strong communication skills Qualifications Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) or equivalent, or tertiary qualifications in HR/Education Minimum 5 years’ experience in Training & Development, including leadership experience Our Benefits At Heidelberg Materials, we understand that your well-being and professional growth are essential.
