As an Operations Engineer located in the 6th of October Industrial Area, you will play a crucial role that blends Engineering and Quality Control responsibilities. We seek someone who demonstrates strong leadership qualities and is ready to embrace new challenges. Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise all installations and refurbishment activities within the 6th of October industrial area. Lead and manage daily briefings with warehouse operators, ensuring detailed reporting to the site director on stock levels and operational issues. Maintain rigorous health, safety, hygiene, and security standards in the workplace. Conduct examinations and tests on raw materials and supplies according to established acceptance criteria. Keep stock control systems current and ensure that inventories remain accurate. Oversee the planned maintenance for vehicles, machinery, and equipment. Supervise warehouse operators and manage external contractors effectively. Coordinate the deployment of automated and digital systems as required. Monitor and report key functional metrics aimed at reducing operational costs and improving efficiency. 2-4 years of experience in operations engineering or a related field. A degree in Engineering is required, with a preference for Chemical, Petroleum, or Mechanical Engineering. Proficiency in Excel is mandatory. Excellent leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work effectively on both tactical and strategic levels. Team-oriented attitude and a cooperative mindset.
