Are you a technically curious problem‑solver who enjoys operating complex systems together with a skilled team? Bulk Infrastructure is expanding our N01 campus and to support this growth we are hiring Operations Engineers across different disciplines and seniority levels. You will be part of the team that keeps our electrical, mechanical, cooling and automation systems running safely and reliably, every day. At Bulk, our mission is to build sustainable infrastructure that supports the digital society of tomorrow. As one of the leading providers of sustainable, high-performance data center solutions in the Nordics, we design and operate infrastructure that powers the digital economy – efficiently, securely, and with renewable energy. As an Operations Engineer, you will play a key role in securing stable operations while we continue to scale the site. What you’ll do: You will be part of a multidisciplinary operations team responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of electrical, mechanical, cooling and supporting systems across the N01 campus. Your responsibilities may include: Operating and monitoring critical infrastructure systems such as electrical distribution, mechanical systems, cooling and HVAC, and other data centre technologies Responding to alarms, deviations and operational incidents, and supporting troubleshooting activities Performing preventive and corrective maintenance in line with procedures and work instructions Using BMS and other monitoring platforms to identify anomalies and maintain operational stability Supporting coordination of contractors and service partners on site Participating in HSE activities including safety inspections, risk assessments and work permit routines Maintaining accurate logs, documentation and maintenance records Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and sharing best practices across the site team The role is currently daytime-based, but may transition into a shift arrangement in the future as operations grow. Who are you? You are organized, communicate clearly, and work well with others. You think critically, solve problems efficiently, and take initiative when needed. Above all, you prioritize safety and take responsibility for maintaining a secure, reliable environment. What you bring: Relevant technical or vocational education, such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, HVAC and cooling, mechatronics, industrial mechanics or a related technical field Hands‑on experience from technical operations, facilities management or industrial environments A strong HSE mindset and commitment to safe operations. The ability to document your work, follow procedures and support risk assessments and safe work processes Experience using monitoring tools such as BMS, or a willingness to learn these systems as part of your role Good communication skills in English, with Scandinavian languages as an advantage It is beneficial if you also have: • Experience coordinating contractors or supporting maintenance activities • Experience from critical or complex technical environments, such as data centres, energy facilities, offshore, maritime or industries operating around the clock. Do not let a few unmet requirements hold you back from applying. If you have a unique background and believe you can make a valuable contribution to the team, we would love to hear from you. What we offer our Bulkies: A dynamic, growth-oriented workplace with a strong sustainability focus Comprehensive insurance (health, travel – business & private) and annual health check Additional time off during Easter and Christmas Monthly contribution to home internet costs and sustainable commuting Annual wellness allowance to support an active lifestyle Fully paid parental leave Take the next step in your career and join us as we build the future of digital infrastructure in Norway and beyond! Next steps We review applicants continuously, so we highly encourage you to apply as soon as possible. The final application deadline is 18.05.2026.
