We’re looking for a skilled Operations Engineer with strong experience in managing and troubleshooting DWDM systems, specifically Ciena and Infinera, to join the Service Assurance team. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high network performance, troubleshoot production issues, and assist in design and architecture planning.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years in a network operations or engineering role
• Experience with Ciena and/or Infinera DWDM systems
• Comfortable working on-call and in a 24/7 support model
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and located in the U.S.
