As an ESOP company, every employee plays a role in our success and shares in the results of our work. We are seeking an Operations Engineer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in providing technical support for DCS field operations and help drive continued growth of our dry friction reducer delivery program, DriFlow. We are seeking a driven individual eager to learn, grow, and excel as an engineer in a fast-paced environment. As an Operations Engineer at DCS, you will begin with a 3-month rotational development program designed to accelerate your understanding of DCS operations. This program provides hands-on exposure across multiple departments, giving you a comprehensive view of our business and preparing you for long-term success. During the rotation, you will work in several key roles, including: Operator - Gain hands-on experience with our equipment and processes in the field. Facility Operator - Manage inventory and load bulk products for field delivery. Field Coordinator - Oversee and coordinate field activities while maintaining strong communication with field teams. Electronics Technician - Support the technical side of operations, ensuring electronic systems function reliably. Remote Operations Center Coordinator - Monitor and support field operations remotely, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate logistics for assets and products. Upon the successful completion of the development program, you will transition into the Operations Engineer I role, where you will continue to contribute to the growth and success of DCS.
