QUALIFICATIONS

  • Training in IT (e.g., apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience)
  • Experience in Linux administration, server maintenance, and customer support (1st and 2nd level)
  • Proven expertise in managing and monitoring cloud infrastructure (Azure, Kubernetes or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
  • Good communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to customers
  • Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence in system operations
  • Team-oriented mindset with adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English and German language

Your role goes beyond monitoring — you will proactively analyze, resolve, and prevent issues, playing a key role in our customers’ success journey. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and improve operational workflows.

  • Monitor system performance to ensure smooth operations
  • Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and disruptions to maintain seamless operations
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely and effective solutions
  • Develop and implement preventive measures to avoid potential problems
  • Work with the team to refine monitoring systems and enhance operational efficiency
