The team is lean and execution-driven, with a culture centered on ownership, speed, and tight feedback loops. The company has strong early momentum and is investing in the internal systems that enable go-to-market teams to move faster and scale cleanly. The Opportunity Our partner is hiring an Operations Engineer to build and maintain the internal “plumbing” that powers go-to-market execution. This is an internal-facing role (distinct from outbound/demand generation) focused on systems, automation, and process design across CRM and tooling—so Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing can operate with higher velocity and better signal. You’ll work closely with leadership and customer-facing teams to identify bottlenecks, design scalable workflows, and implement automations that improve routing, tracking, reporting, and execution quality. This role has meaningful ownership and latitude to shape how the company’s GTM infrastructure evolves as the team scales. Responsibilities Build and maintain GTM systems and workflows across CRM and core tooling (routing, scoring, enrichment, sequencing support, reporting) Design clean lead/account handoffs between functions (Sales ↔ CS ↔ Marketing) to reduce friction and increase speed Implement and iterate automation systems to improve data quality, attribution, and pipeline hygiene Own CRM hygiene and data standards; ensure lifecycle stages and reporting are accurate and trusted Create dashboards and operational reporting to give leadership clear visibility into funnel health and performance Run structured process improvements and experiments to increase operational efficiency and conversion through the funnel Document systems, workflows, and playbooks so processes scale beyond a single operator Partner cross-functionally with product/engineering as needed to ensure tooling and integrations support business goals Requirements Experience building or operating go-to-market systems (e.g., GTM ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, Growth Ops, Systems Engineering, or similar) Strong analytical and operational skill set; able to design processes, define success metrics, and iterate quickly High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity Strong organization and follow-through; able to manage multiple workflows, stakeholders, and priorities Familiarity with CRMs and modern GTM tooling; comfort learning new tools quickly Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with high standards and rapid iteration Nice to Have Experience building automations and integrations (e.g., workflow automation tools, lightweight scripting, data ops) Familiarity with enterprise GTM motions and customer lifecycle workflows Experience supporting teams that sell into regulated or operationally complex industries
