The SAP ERP system is the heart of what we do, securing “flow of money and flow of goods” across the LEGO® Supply Chain. The Operations ERP Test and Transformation Manager Specialist will be a vital support in ensuring successful transformation across LEGO Operations. More specifically, you will:

• Support LEGO Operations in the ERP transformation from the current SAP ECC to the SAP S/4 Hana platform
• Centrally plan and coordinate test activities across LEGO Operations, between business process owners/experts and internal/external digital counterparts within ERP Test Management
• Assist the ERP Business Lead in aligning test resource requirements towards all relevant business areas with resource owners (leaders)
• Collaborate with key digital test resources to identify and implement optimal ways of working in test execution across LEGO Operations
• Leverage insights across the process landscape in LEGO Operations to drive efficiencies in creating and reusing test scripts across similar/identical test objects
• Build capabilities within process modelling (SAP Signavio) to support future test management activities after the SAP S/4 Hana transformation
• Centrally plan, coordinate and support business colleagues in defining requirements for operational reporting
• Become the key “go-to” person on operational reporting in LEGO Operations and help define the future process for requesting and building new operational reports in SAP S/4 Han

The Digital Growth & Enablement organization within Global Supply Chain Operations was established in August 2025 to accelerate our digital transformation. Existing capabilities and functional areas have been brought together, and the ERP Transformation has been prioritized at the executive level as one of two critical strategic initiatives.
