We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Operations Excellence Specialist to join our European Operations Excellence team. You will play a critical role in driving digital transformation within our Pandora Operations Landscape. Serving as a Subject Matter Expert, this role will actively contribute to our Agile “Omni DC Program”, refining and rolling out a new Warehouse Management System, Transportation Management System and Inventory Management System.
Responsibilities:
- Documentation: You will ensure all documentation remains up to date, including changes, alignments, and requirements gathering. This includes maintaining development documentation, process maps, and training materials.
- Testing: You will test newly developed functionalities within an Agile project environment, supporting and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing.
- Business Support: You will support the business in operating new applications, managing system configurations, and assisting with Incident Management.
- User Training: You will prepare and deliver training sessions for Super Users and End Users, ensuring proper documentation is utilized and that users can effectively operate the new system as intended
