WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: (EXPERIENCE)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 Years of industry experience or Operational experience
  • Proven experience in process analysis and improvement, preferably in an operational setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to data-driven decision making.
  • Proficiency in communication to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
  • Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and project management tools.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain and improve previously implemented solutions to ensure optimal performance.
  • Support process documentation to maintain clarity and consistency across workflows.
  • Provide analytical insights to identify bottlenecks and process breaks, facilitating timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with functional stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Implement automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
