OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE – 6 MONTH CONTRACT

Role: 6 month Contract - Hybrid (2 days office based and 3 days remote)
Can be temporary or fixed term contract
Hours: 35 weekly OR flexible for part time – such as 9.30am to 2.30pm
Salary: £28,000 pro rata

IT SKILLS:

• Good all-round IT skills, comfortable working with MS office applications

  • Use of Excel to analyse and interpret data in different ways.
  • Experience of using CRM systems, experience of using virtual platforms i.e., Zoom.

COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent grammar and spelling
  • Communicates all needs, instructions, and decisions clearly.
  • Good organisation and time management
Responsibilities

Operational Support - This role is responsible for delivering a smooth customer experience.

  • Data inputting and processing of bookings relating to Open training and CIM Academy.
  • Responsibility for responding to enquiries by email and phone
  • Updating the Learning Portal and sending customers’ welcome email.
  • Ensure all data and operational protocols are adhered to throughout the role.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality through effective use of CRM.
  • Responsible for the management of the inbox, ensure all emails are actioned within the SLA.
  • Assist with projects as and when required.

Commercial Department Support – This part of the role supports the Commercial Department in the continuous improvement of processes and customer experience across the department.
