We’re looking for an Operations Executive to ensure our back-end operations run smoothly. We’re looking for a candidate with an eye for detail, a keen analytical mind, and the ability to handle a system with numerous moving parts. This often high-pressure position will require candidates to perform at the apex of their abilities. Our goals are to make our processes as efficient as possible, maintain good relationships with suppliers, distributors, and vendors, and keep our customers happy.
We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience working with a shipping line, handling shipping line web portals and dealing with client documents.

Skills required:

• Coordinate timely and accurate sea shipment exports, by ensuring accuracy of declared / shipped cargo and shipping documents.
• Identify and fix shipping errors , and track ongoing and upcoming sea shipments to ensure timely schedules for client orders.
• Overlook and manage the shipping line invoices and documents
• Manage and create client and buyer documents as per set contracts.
• Coordinate between the shipping line and client

FLUENCY IN BOTH ENGLISH AND HINDI ARE A REQUIREMENT TO APPLY FOR THE ROLE.
