Your job description involves but not limited to:

• Executing the deployment of security manpower to sites under your responsibility, and planning the roster for their off days and any urgent or medical leave.
• Resolve disciplinary and security operational issues.
• Motivate and train security officers to maintain effectiveness and efficiency of the operations.
• Attend client meetings
• Conduct recruitment of security officers
• Visiting all sites for routine inspection
