Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Coordinate the efficient equipment utilization, transportation, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery and inventory accuracy. Manage operations and logistics, optimize supply chain processes, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to meet client’s operational goals. This role is crucial in maintaining the seamless flow of materials and products.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • At least three years in handling logistics and warehouse in relevant industry.
  • Team Management: handling a minimum of 15 team members
  • Middle East working experience is an advantage.

ACADEMIC EDUCATION:

  • Bachelors / Diploma in Supply chain Logistics / Business Management / Administration.

OTHER SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Logistics Management: Proficiency in coordinating transportation, storage, and distribution of goods.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Ability to streamline supply chain processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Inventory Control: Skills in managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy, and minimizing discrepancies.
  • Vendor Management: Expertise in collaborating with suppliers and negotiating favorable terms.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze logistics data to drive decision-making and improvements.
  • Time Management: Effective prioritization and management of multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE:

  • Ability to use computer applications, MS Office, and other logistics / task management software.
