JOB PROFILE: OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE – DUBAI DMCPOSITION OVERVIEW

The Operations Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the smooth execution of travel services, ground arrangements, and client itineraries in Dubai and across the UAE. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders including suppliers, hotels, transport providers, and clients.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong knowledge of Dubai & UAE attractions, hotels, and excursions.
  • Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic/other languages is an advantage).
  • Customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, reservation systems, and DMC software.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in travel operations, preferably in a DMC in Dubai/UAE.
  • Knowledge of visa processes, transport regulations, and local supplier network.

Responsibilities
  • Operations & Coordination
  • Handle day-to-day operations for individual and group bookings.
  • Coordinate with hotels, transport companies, restaurants, and attractions for service confirmations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of travel services (transfers, tours, excursions, events).
  • Client & Agent Servicing
  • Serve as the main point of contact for travel agents and clients during their stay.
  • Provide assistance to guests in case of operational issues, last-minute changes, or emergencies.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with B2B partners and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Documentation & Administration
  • Prepare service vouchers, itineraries, and welcome kits for clients.
  • Handle invoicing, vendor payments, and maintain operational records.
  • Track service quality and prepare post-trip feedback reports.
  • On-ground Support
  • Meet and assist guests at the airport or hotel if required.
  • Supervise group movements, MICE operations, and VIP arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE tourism and DTCM regulations.
