We are in the hunt for a highly driven and motivated Operations Executive to join our highly talented team in a fast-growing startup at the early stages of growth.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Possess initiative and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills; ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Computer literate; proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Willing to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Best to have a valid Class 3 driving license to support on-site deliveries or logistics when required.
  • Warehouse operations knowledge or experience will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Visit client sites to establish strong working relationships and gain a thorough understanding of client needs and operational environments.
  • Develop comprehensive implementation plans, outlining necessary steps and resources required to achieve successful deployment of products or services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all implementation items, including hardware, software, and other necessary supplies, are prepared and available.
  • Monitor stock levels in the warehouse and manage the re-ordering process to maintain adequate supply levels for ongoing and future client needs.
  • Oversee client activities during the implementation phase, ensuring all processes are followed and any issues are promptly addressed.
  • Provide continuous support to clients post-implementation, addressing any questions, concerns, or technical issues to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance future implementation processes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on implementation progress, stock levels, and client satisfaction to senior management.
  • Conduct company wide direct and indirect sourcing for all departments
  • Develop new sourcing policies and processIdentify local and overseas suppliers
