WHAT YOU’LL DO: Generate insurance quotations accurately and within the agreed TAT Review customer and vehicle information to ensure quotation accuracy and completeness. Liaise with insurers and internal teams to resolve quotation-related issues and obtain clarification when required. Identify and escalate system issues, API/RPA failures, or process gaps that may impact quotation operations. Support testing and validation for new product launches, system enhancements, and operational process improvements. Maintain accurate records and documentation of quotation activities. Assist with ad hoc operational tasks and projects assigned by the team lead or manager. WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU: Diploma or Bachelor's degree (any field). 1-3 years of experience in operations, insurance, or a similar role is a plus (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate strong learning ability). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using a computer/laptop and performing accurate data entry. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
