Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong practical knowledge of sea freight and freight forwarding operations.
• Knowledge of FCL/LCL, import/export procedures, customs clearance, and shipping documentation.
• Familiarity with UAE logistics operations, particularly Jebel Ali / Dubai Trade.
• Experience dealing with shipping lines and transport companies is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned shipments.
• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle urgent operational issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CMA CGM, MSC, Maersk, Hapag-Lloyd, COSCO or other major shipping lines.
• Experience using Dubai Trade and shipping line portals.
• Knowledge of UAE customs procedures and documentation.
• Experience coordinating with overseas agents and international suppliers.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding software or ERP systems is an advantage.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
