• Responsible for generating sales reports and analysis of data.
• Compile Promotion Sales impact via outlet feedbacks including promotion impact, customer feedbacks and product issues.
• Maintain daily sales and delivery sales updates.
• Compile reports of cash audit, business opportunities, QSC, Food Safety Audit and Schedule Manpower data.
• Monitor operational trends and pattern, propose improvement in cost management, waste, labour cost and sales.
• Manage scorecard tracking for human resource (turnover and staffing), QSC (QSC Audit results, housekeeping completion and feedbacks), sales figures and profit statistics.
• Provide administrative support and update operational SOPs.
• Assist in the investigation on serious and urgent feedbacks.
• Provide support to operations and projects.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and schedule monthly operations meeting.
• Serve as a meeting minutes tracker and follow up closely on the action plan.
• Perform any other duties and/ or ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Business Manager.
