Helen and Sons Business Setup specializes in company formation, corporate bank accounts, PRO services, and comprehensive business setup solutions in the UAE.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily operations, ensure compliance, and enhance service delivery for our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE business setup processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Arabic language is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee business setup, licensing, and renewal processes.
  • Coordinate with clients and update them on progress.
  • Manage documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with sales and PRO teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain relationships with government authorities and vendors.
  • Prepare operational reports and track KPIs.
