The Role: The Operations Executive is responsible for the monitoring of order process flow from receiving of order from Seller center to Customer(s) doorstep. He/she will also need to provide insights on the day-to-day activities to ensure that operations will run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Generate daily and monthly operational related data reports, analyze quantitative data, and work with related teams to identify and solve problems. Responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects of the retail inventory management, monitor of ordering issue, and other key related to ecommerce operations. Develop and implement data visualization/dashboard, data analytics and other strategies to generate actionable insights. Support teams in defining business processes, developing operational roadmaps, and associated system requirements. Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure successful execution of fulfillment, orders and processes to accommodate client needs and requests. Respond to troubleshoot, and resolve daily receiving, fulfillment, and delivery issues, piecing together the end-to-end story to identify root causes and see cases through to resolution. Perform other relevant duties according to the business needs.
