Open Shifts (Central Mexico Time) We are hiring for three positions across the following shifts: Shift 1 Mon | Tue | Thu | Fri | Sat: 14:30 to 22:30 Days Off: Wednesday and Sunday Shift 2 Mon | Tue | Wed: 22:30 to 06:00 Sat: 06:00 to 14:30 Sun: 14:30 to 22:30 Days Off: Thursday and Friday Shift 3 Wed: 14:30 to 22:30 Thu | Fri | Sat | Sun: 22:30 to 06:00 Days Off: Monday and Tuesday Position Objective To manage OBC HALO services end-to-end, from request intake to financial closure, ensuring rapid quotation turnaround, operational accuracy, cost control, and excellence in customer service, under the validation and supervision of the Team Leader. Scope and Responsibility The position holder is responsible for the full shipment lifecycle: Quotation Customer service Operational activation Milestone tracking Documentation and financial closure Functions and Responsibilities A. Quotation Analyze request details (pickup, delivery, weight, dimensions, dates) Validate optimal airport and available routes Evaluate critical timelines (OBC) Perform structured cost and margin calculation Issue quotation using the official template Generate quote in system (CW) Target response time: 5 minutes or less for urgent services Target quote time: 15 minutes or less for urgent services B. Customer Service Direct communication with domestic and international clients Explanation of risks, transit times, and disclaimers Confirmation of itineraries and service conditions Proactive updates throughout the service Handling operational incidents C. Activation and Operations Convert quote into shipment in CW Coordinate with couriers and transport providers Purchase itineraries and bookings (with Sr. validation when applicable) Register service in OBC App Send operational kickoff notification Validate customs requirements per country D. Operational Tracking Monitor and validate OBC App performance Ensure complete evidence in App and internal systems E. Financial Closure Validate actual costs vs. quoted costs Record additional charges and taxes Collect supporting documents Prepare billing information Perform basic margin deviation analysis Key Performance Indicators Average quotation turnaround time Average margin per shipment Percentage of services without incidents Percentage of services with complete documentation Customer satisfaction level Internal and External Relationships Internal: Sciens HALO Leader, Finance, Operations External: Clients, Couriers, Airlines, Transport Providers, Customs Brokers Required Profile Education Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience Minimum of 2 years in freight forwarding, cargo agencies, OBC, and/or AOG operations Experience in quoting and coordinating urgent air freight is highly desirable Technical Knowledge IATA codes Incoterms Basic export and import processes Logistics cost structure Intermediate Excel Logistics operating systems (CW preferred) Intermediate English Key Competencies High stress tolerance Fast decision-making Extreme attention to detail Executive communication Multitasking 24/7 responsibility mindset Structured thinking Margin-oriented approach Working Conditions Salary (payroll): $20,000.00 MXN gross Office-based Weekend and holiday availability required Possible on-call duties Constant high-pressure environment Ready to build something?
