Purpose of the role: We are looking for people who are excellent at problem-solving, are super ambitious and at the same time, enjoy the excitement and unpredictability of working in a startup environment. You will be primarily responsible for analysing and coordinating the service category of our business. Roles and Responsibilities: Create a streamlined process for delivery agents to ensure on-time delivery of our products Calling customers and seeking appointments for the delivery and pickups Handle cash collections and regularise the day-wise deposits Optimise the best route possible for the delivery agent to minimise the distance travelled and ensure better productivity Optimise the existing process to the benchmark levels to meet the rapidly changing business environment Build and refine performance management tools to improve quality of the delivery partners Create workforce engagement programs to recognise top performers and motivate the team of technicians and the delivery partners Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures Work with senior stakeholders Communicate with our customers Required Skills: 1-2 years of minimum experience in high-growth operations. Freshers can be considered if they can join immediately Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact in English and Hindi. Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently Should be willing to work on weekends and festivals (some times) with a week off every week Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
