Description

We are looking for a dynamic and reliable Operations Executive to manage our delivery operations across all Emirates. The ideal candidate will oversee daily logistics activities, coordinate with drivers and clients, and ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage last-mile delivery operations across all Emirates.
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed efficiently from 8:00 AM until late-night operations close.
  • Coordinate with drivers, clients, and support teams to ensure daily targets are met.
  • Monitor live tracking, drivers’ shift schedules, and order completion.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly to avoid delays or service disruptions.
  • Maintain daily reports and update management on fleet performance and delivery metrics.
  • Enforce compliance with SOPs, safety, and client service standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or operations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work long and flexible hours.
  • Familiarity with UAE routes and geography is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel, dashboards, and delivery platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
