JOB SCOPE:

• To read the CP terms during fixture and ensure voyage orders and charterers’ requests comply with Charter Party terms
• Handling of post fixture operational matters for all chartered vessels as per CP
• Monitor each vessel’s schedule and itinerary, preparing for operational events.
• Liaising with agents for surveys, bunkers and various loading and discharging matters.
• Collaborate with insurance companies, ship management companies, lawyers, and other relevant parties to resolve daily incidents and issues.
• Helping in operational related admin & accounting works
• Any other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of Charter Parties an added advantage
• No experience required but those with 1-2 years experience in dry bulk most favourable.
• Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies preferred.
• Self motivated with good integrity a plus.
• Possess Initiative and able to work pro-actively with little supervision.
• Good working attitude and keen to learn.
