JOB SUMMARY

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible to work closely with various departments to ensure smooth business operations, streamline processes, and drive productivity. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, requiring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Diploma or IT related course is acceptable equivalent with at least 1 - 2 year of relevant working experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, on the telephone and in writing.
  • Excellent organisation, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work load without supervision.
  • Excellent knowledge of Customer Service best practice.
  • Willing to work flexibly and with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities
  • Take care for Daily Logistics Operations Task
  • Handle all the Delivery Request including arrangement between Logistic Partner and Commercial Team.
  • Responsible of Goods Receiving and update in System
  • Handle Year End Stock Take
  • Assist in Customer Service Team
  • Familiar with Customer Service routine and operations.
  • Assist in Daily operations task
  • To work within the SLA, policies and procedures.
  • To assist in assigned system monitoring scope
  • To assist in generation of weekly, Monthly or Quarterly reports and submit to specific Customers at specific intervals.
