Key Responsibilities

• Manage all outbound dispatches from JAFZA warehouse as per delivery schedules
• Ensure compliance with JAFZA free zone regulations and procedures
• Prepare and verify JAFZA gate pass, delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and export documents
• Coordinate with transporters, customs, and JAFZA gate authorities
• Oversee picking, packing, labeling, and loading of shipments
• Track dispatches and update internal teams and customers
• Ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records (ERP/WMS)
• Handle urgent and priority shipments efficiently
• Resolve shipment delays, documentation issues, and delivery discrepancies
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance inside the JAFZA warehouse

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of outbound operations experience
• Preferred knowledge of JAFZA , free zone export procedures, and transport clearance
• Experience handling customs documentation and bonded shipments
• Hands-on experience with ERP / WMS systems

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
