What's the role about? Operations Executive Full-Time, 12 months fixed term contract Salary: up to £25,000 per annum Working: 35 hours, Monday to Friday Location: Winnersh RG41 (Hybrid) As an Operations Executive your role focuses on data processing, data mapping, and producing clear user documentation whilst ensuring continuous improvement. This role would suit a recent graduate or someone early in their career looking to build hands-on experience within a fast paced, commercial data centre where you have the chance to actively use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and consistency. What you will be doing: Support day-to-day data processing, validation, and maintenance across systems Create and maintain data maps documenting data flows and dependencies Produce and update user guides, SOPs, and process documentation Translate technical data processes into clear, user-friendly guidance Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency Identify process inefficiencies and support improvement initiatives Utilise AI tools to support documentation, validation, and automation activities Work with stakeholders to ensure data documentation remains current and accurate What We’re Looking For: Experience in a data support, data operations, or documentation-focused role Strong attention to detail and a structured, process-driven approach Proven ability to write clear and concise documentation Comfortable working with data across multiple systems Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset Interest in using AI and automation to improve ways of working Desirable skills (but not a deal-breaker!): Experience with data or process mapping Exposure to reporting or data tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, SQL) Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or master data systems Experience using AI-enabled productivity or documentation tools What will we offer you?
