Job Description

• Manage Deployment & All Security Officers
• Prepare weekly/monthly rosters for the deployment of security officers for 40 sites.
• To update Clients and Security Officers, the roster timely.
• To handle any last minute manpower shortage.
• To stand in duty at site as and when required.
• To monitor and take attendance for all security officers and ensure accurate records for payroll.
• To know how to use Info-Tech software for attendance recording.
• In-charge of all security officers.
• On-Job Trainings/ Incident Management/ Training Duties
• To attend to incidents on site.
• Prepare Incident Reports using Irep.
• To conduct on-the-job (OJT) for new security officers.
• To conduct refresher trainings.
• To assist security officers to complete their trainings/ refresher courses.
• Client-related Matters
• Do site visiting and attend meetings with Client on operations matters.
• Prepare reports for Client.
• Respond to Clients’ emails/ telephone calls.
• Office Support
• To provide logistic support to office, such as sending equipment to sites or uniforms.

Job Requirement

• Must be PWM Rank Security Supervisor and above.
