We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the company’s overall operations, ensuring effective coordination across Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient business performance

* Lead and coordinate Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing functions

* Develop and improve operational processes and procedures

* Monitor inventory, procurement, distribution, and demand planning

* Track sales performance and operational KPIs

* Coordinate with Marketing to align campaigns with inventory and operational capacity

* Manage suppliers and ensure quality, cost, and delivery standards

* Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions

* Lead and develop teams while ensuring achievement of business objectives

* Prepare operational reports and performance updates for senior management

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field

* 5–8 years of experience in Operations Management or a related role

* Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams and operations

* Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

* Experience in retail, FMCG, Oud & Incense, or related sectors is preferred

* Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory, sales, and operational processes

* Fluent in Arabic and English
