SALARY: £25,000 PER ANNUM + ANNUAL COMPANY BONUS SCHEME

Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week with some evening and weekend work
Location: Head office (RG41) with some flexibility for home working/on-site activation visits across the UK

Responsibilities

You’ll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end delivery of engaging, high-impact experiential events for major brands. That means you’ll:

  • Help manage campaigns from initial brief to post-event wrap-up
  • Attend client calls and keep projects on track with status updates and timelines
  • Solve logistical puzzles like stock movements, deliveries, and staffing
  • Build strong relationships with event staff, ensuring they’re fully briefed and supported
  • Get hands-on with on-site visits, installations, and live activations (including occasional evenings/weekends)
  • Gather feedback and help shape post-event reports and presentations
  • Learn to handle project admin like purchase orders, budgeting, and supplier quotes
