Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and arrange inbound and outbound shipments for Customers
  • Communicated with shipping lines, ports, depots, co-loaders and hauliers for clearance and deliveries
  • Preparation of permits and shipping documents
  • Handling documents for import / export operations
  • Complie operational reports (when required)
  • Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in freight operations and shipping documents
  • Candidate must pass Customs competency test for declarants
  • Required language(s): English
  • Basic computer knowledge required
  • Possess positive / proactive mindset and able to multi-task
