Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee and coordinate the end-to-end processes involved in company formation, licensing, and government liaison services. The role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong client-handling skills, and a thorough understanding of business setup procedures in the UAE (or relevant jurisdiction).

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, preferably in the business setup or corporate services sector in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE free zone and mainland company formation procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and process client applications for business setup, including trade license issuance, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
  • Liaise with free zones, mainland authorities, and government departments (e.g., DED, Immigration, Labour) to ensure timely completion of procedures.
  • Coordinate visa processing for employees, including new applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Prepare, review, and submit all required legal documents and forms for company registration.
  • Maintain accurate records of client files, contracts, and official documents in compliance with company policies.
  • Track progress of ongoing applications and provide timely updates to clients and management.
  • Assist in resolving operational issues and act as a point of contact between clients and government bodies.
  • Ensure all processes are compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support the sales and business development team by providing accurate timelines, process details, and cost estimates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
