Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly reconciliation processes and production of Management Information (MI).
  • Handle administrative duties for direct business and broker oversight.
  • Maintain and update systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Assist with training and support for administration roles, ensuring accurate monthly payments from partners.
  • Support insurance systems and policy records, including sales portals and claims handling systems.
  • Maintain MI reporting systems and produce monthly reports.
  • Respond to broker and direct customer inquiries, including invoicing and web queries.
  • Conduct benchmarking on coverage and pricing for distributed products.
  • Assist in auditing, reporting, and communication with clients and insurers.
  • Manage and maintain bank accounts, including claims payments and reporting.
  • Provide support for operational reports and attend meetings as required.
  • Undertake other ad hoc tasks as needed.
