ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Operations Executive in SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd, specializing in transportation. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations related to transportation on-site in Singapore.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

1. Plan & manage to ensure all customers’ trucking activities are fulfilled

2. Resolve any safety-related issue or recovery including but not limited to:

• Vehicle Parking issue
• Driver Safety Violation Issue
• Accident Recovery

1. Plan & manage the deployment of a team of Traffic Controller. Discuss the improvement with the superior if necessary
2. Plan & manage the duty roster of the Traffic Controller weekly or at any appropriate time period

3. Arrange for duty take over when the Traffic Controller is on leave. To back up if necessary

4. Monitor the performance of a team of Traffic Controller and ensure jobs under their scope are dutifully completed (IOU/Trip incentive/TBM/etc.)

• Ensure the Traffic Controllers provide real-time update of job progress into the system
• Ensure the Traffic Controllers carry out toolbox meeting

1. Responsible for various report submissions on time
2. Plan, request and track the progress of container reuse
