QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in travel and tourism operations.
  • Strong knowledge of ticketing systems, tour planning, and travel documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute travel itineraries, packages, and tours.
  • Liaise with hotels, airlines, transport companies, and other partners for bookings and reservations.
  • Manage visa processing, travel insurance, and other travel-related documentation.
  • Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Oversee group and individual travel arrangements, including ticketing and accommodation.
  • Monitor tour operations to ensure quality standards and timely delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer communications.
  • Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and vendor negotiations to maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for promotional packages and seasonal offers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, travel regulations, and safety standards.
