JOB DESCRIPTION

The Operations Executive is responsible for driving efficiency and supporting growth through Transaction Processing and Shared Services (TPSS). This role reports directly to the Head of Transaction Processing & Shared Services. This role will work in partnership with Chief Product Officers, peers across TPSS, the Operations Transformation and Enablement team and the broader Operations team to create and accelerate implementation of initiatives that drive improved client experiences and employee engagement while optimizing expenses and managing risk.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Expert understanding of financial services operational management and have experience in one or more disciplines: payments, cash management, customer remedy and resolution.
  • Proven operational excellence
  • Ability to improve existing technologies and systems that align with the organizations future state goals.
  • Highly skilled relationship and negotiation skills as well as strong ability to manage through stressful situations
  • Exceptionally strong skills in leadership and management of process, projects, presentations and people

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will support the peer group in achieving strategic objectives through the ongoing development and execution of the TPSS efficiency pipeline. This role will closely partner with stakeholders to prioritize and develop the pipeline of work, influence to ensure timely execution and apply change management principals to ensure appropriate adoption and thorough communication across the organization.
This executive level role will lead programs that drive changes to people, process, technology across TPSS with the goal to increase automation, digital adoption, and resource utilization strategy in partnership with key stakeholders.
This role requires banking operations expertise with demonstrated ability to drive large scale changes. It is preferred that candidates have experience in one or more disciplines: payments, cash management, customer remedy and resolution. This role will use the industry knowledge to ensure solutions support strategic objectives and align with financial services trends.
This role will partner with peer group on defining metrics and creating appropriate visibility to leadership to monitor success while ensuring sustainability of operational improvements.
