Description

What You Will Deliver To handle requirements from warehouse’s project needs To be responsible for inbound /outbound tasking To be responsible outing to collect goods from customers Keep close monitoring the inventory level and in/outbound activities Stock taking and inventory control Well allocated parcel/pallet into warehouse Coordinate the work of warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders Assist Warehouse Manager in managing daily warehouse operations including but not limited to goods receiving, order picking, loading and transportation To execute daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business result in the department Perform any other duties as assigned Who You Are Diploma or above in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations and with Retail, FMCG or eCommerce exposure is definitely an advantage Fork-lift Truck Operation Certificates preferred. Good command of Cantonese and English Proficient in Chinese and English typing Fundamental Microsoft Office knowledge and experience, especially in Excel and Google Sheet Have a knowledge of TMS/WMS will be a plus Enthusiastic about logistics, e-commerce and project-based operations Willing to work on the roster and shift basis Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Operations Executive What We Offer Clear growth path Casual working environment A multi-cultural team A company provides a casual and flexible environment A company promotes learning, continuous improvement, and personal growth Working Hour 6-day work week (Monday - Saturday)

Responsibilities

The Operations Executive will handle warehouse project requirements, manage inbound and outbound tasks, and monitor inventory levels. They will also coordinate warehouse personnel to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and assist the Warehouse Manager in daily operations.
