JOB CONTENT (PRIMARY & SECONDARY FUNCTIONS):

• Responsible for effective and efficient Operation processes.
• Supervise team of Operations Supervisors and Leaders.
• Maintenance of SOP in areas of responsible in compliance with ISO requirements.
• Drive cost saving projects.
• Drive productivity and quality improvement processes.
• Coordinate overtime requirements on daily basis.
  Plan training schedule for subordinates.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum GCE “O” Level.

EXPERIENCES

Minimum 5 years experience in warehousing.

• Good understanding of good warehouse practices and management
• Good understanding of quality management.
• Good understanding of ISO 9000 requirements.
• Good understanding of WMS system.
• Able to motivate subordinates to meet Future Electronics (Asia) goals and objectives.
• Able to coordinate all sections to fulfill customer’s requirements.
• Able to lead and manage change.
• Must be customer focused.
• Must have a sense of urgency.
• Must have the drive to continuously improve processes.
• Must be a good team player.

JOB PURPOSE:

To verify the integrity of stock and process and provide value add services to customers.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• To lead and manage supervisory team at Operations.
  Manage day-to-day operations (Receiving/Picking/QC/Packing).
