Location: London, SE1 (minimum 3 days per week in office)
Schedule: Full time (Monday-Friday with very occasional willingness to work on weekends)Salary: £26,000–£30,000 base, plus performance-based bonusPerks: Company laptop, £500 annual budget + a further 50% off Y1 goods.

To help us scale our operations while staying true to our values, we’re looking for a driven, and solutions-focused Operations Executive to join our London-based team.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

• Balance the operational needs of two key business areas, prioritising effectively and communicating clearly.
• Work closely with each of the department leads as you will be responsible for ensuring all operational activities are completed efficiently and on time; seeking to thrive in a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in helping deliver our vision and contributing to the growth of Y1 Sport’s top and bottom line through strategic planning and operational excellence. Reporting to the Head of Operations and respective Team Leads, you will lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations across two key business areas, ensuring that the business runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with our ambitious growth targets.
You’ll combine big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, managing financial performance, logistics and supply chain. You will be a key force for continuous improvement through putting key focus on optimising and delivering key processes.
