The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, with a primary focus on Food & Beverage outlets. This role ensures guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability while maintaining brand standards. The Operations Manager partners with the General Manager and department leaders to drive revenue, control costs, and deliver exceptional service experiences.

GUEST EXPERIENCE

  • Maintain a visible presence in the F&B outlets to engage with guests and address service needs.
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores and execute action plans to achieve goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive hotel or F&B management experience;
  • Strong leadership skills with proven success managing teams in food & beverage outlets.
  • Financial acumen with experience in labor management, cost controls, and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a guest-first mindset.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
