KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND MEASURES

• Business Partnering: Site Finance lead, building great relationships to partner with the manufacturing and distribution divisional teams:
• Turn data into insight and bring the numbers to life
• Key member of Site Leadership Team
• Maximise the use of key cost drivers and metrics/KPIs
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Driving performance improvement through insightful budgeting and forecasting:
• Alignment of site inputs to business strategy
• Process development and simplification
• KPI/metric driven approach
• Focus on key cost areas
• Business wide projects: Leadership of or a proactive team member contributing towards business wide projects (both Finance and non-finance projects).
• Compliance: Adherence to financial policies and controls
• Health & Safety: Behave in a manner that ensures conformance to health & safety legislation, policies and standards.
• Productivity: Alongside the site teams, Finance and wider divisional teams, identify and influence the delivery of productivity initiatives.
• Capital: Ownership of the site capex process.
• Lead for Growth: People management and development:
• Line management of the Finance teams on site
• Commitment to CPD
• Support the development of the site and wider Finance team
