Maintain accurate shift logs and support data reporting. · Training & Development: Provide hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Training and Experience: Graduation from high school or G.E.D. equivalent. Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in wastewater treatment operations and/or prior supervisory experience in the wastewater field. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Possession of an active Class 3 IEPA Wastewater Operator License, and the ability to obtain a Class 1 IEPA Wastewater Operator License within 12 months of hire. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of principles, practices, tools, and methods used in wastewater treatment plant operation. Knowledge of safety regulations and safe working practices.
