Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Operations Manager plays a key leadership role in driving operational excellence, business growth, and team development across our eight clinics in the Denver Metro area. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient experiences, maintaining brand standards, and supporting clinic teams to meet or exceed performance goals. You’ll oversee daily operations and provide coaching and support to teams made up of Doctors of Chiropractic (DCs) and Wellness Coordinators (front desk staff).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct regular site visits to assess and improve the patient experience
  • Provide clear direction, coaching, and recognition to help teams exceed expectations
  • Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of all clinic staff
  • Lead performance check-ins and developmental conversations during clinic visits
  • Provide follow-up training as needed based on performance or observations
  • Set and monitor sales goals aligned with the business plan
  • Review performance metrics weekly and monthly; identify and implement improvements
  • Ensure clinics meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs
  • Maintain open communication with the Franchise Owner, Regional Manager, and President of Chiropractic
  • Oversee clinic inventory and coordinate basic facility upkeep
  • Step in to support front desk operations as needed and float between clinics
  • Travel throughout the Denver Metro area regularly
